RETURN POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase has been completed and access to digital materials has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy is in place because digital products can be downloaded, saved, and accessed immediately upon purchase.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of AuD Survival Guide in cases involving duplicate purchases, technical issues that prevent access to purchased materials, or other extraordinary circumstances.
